Abstract
Previous reports of respiratory complications from cocaine abuse have focused on pulmonary barotrauma or a reduction in carbon monoxide diffusing capacity. We report a patient who developed life-threatening alveolar hemorrhage following repeated inhalation of alkaloid cocaine.Entities:
