A double-blind trial with the antispasticity drug Lioresal in 15 paraplegics with upper neuron lesions.

Abstract

A double-blind placebo trial was taken with Lioresal, an antispasticity drug acting on the spinal cord level. The drug produced improvement of voiding function in 10 paraplegics with upper motor neuron lesions and detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia.
