OBJECTIVES: Workplace sexual harassment is a prominent issue in Malaysia. Status refers to the effectiveness of the coping strategies in combating sexual harassment. The term ‘successful’ means the sexual harassment has been tackled and no longer happened. The term ‘less successful’ means the sexual harassment is still happening but less frequent. The term ‘unsuccessful’ means the sexual harassment is still happening (ongoing) and nothing has changed.
