Abstract
Recurrent inflammation of cartilage in multiple sites is a hallmark of relapsing polychondritis (RP). Neurologic complications of this disease have begun to attract increasing attention, but the neuropathologic basis of these complications has not been described. We report a patient with RP whose autopsy showed extensive cerebral and systemic vasculitis.Entities:
