Abstract
BACKGROUND: Several studies demonstrated a connection between human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B∗1502 and lamotrigine (LTG)-induced cutaneous adverse drug reactions (cADRs). The correlation between the HLA-A∗24:02 and LTG-cADRs remains controversial.
