Abstract
We describe a 43-year-old woman with a 23-year history of recurrent extradigital glomus tumors (glomangiomatosis) of the hand and forearm. She presented with a typical presentation of pain, tenderness to palpation, and hypersensitivity of the affected regions. After surgical resection, she continued to present with new locations of tumor burden and progressively malignant features of the tumors. This exceedingly rare presentation highlights the importance of vigilantly monitoring patients for recurrence with glomangiomatosis.Entities:
