Abstract
The CRISPR/Cas9 system has been widely used as an efficient genome-editing tool for studying physiological functions of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs). In this chapter, we describe the experimental procedures for using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to genetically modify a long noncoding RNA in vivo through the targeted disruption and knockin approaches. Keywords: CRISPR/Cas9; Disruption; In vivo; Knockin; lncRNA
