Abstract
Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) is an emerging sequence-based method that detects genomic information of pathogenic microorganisms from a wide range of clinical specimens. The mNGS has moderate sensitivity and very high specificity for tuberculous meningitis, and the validity of mNGS was higher than that of Xpert MTB/RIF.Entities:
