Abstract
BACKGROUND: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a frequent complication after liver transplantation (LT), and is associated with high mortality. Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is an important treatment for AKI, but the optimal time for initiation is still controversial.
