The plate was coated with G-CSF and reactivity of different constructs of G-CSF-R against G-CSF was determined using various concentrations of the recombinant receptor domains. Fig. 5The proliferation inhibitory effect of recombinant purified G-CSF-R on G-CSF stimulated NFS60 cells. Cultured NFS60 cells were incubated in the RPMI medium supplemented with G-CSF and various concentrations of each six recombinant receptors. BSA was used as the negative control and anti-GCSF-R nanobody was used as the positive control. Following 48 h of incubation, cell growth was examined by MTT assay. The data are demonstrated as mean ± SD from triplicate tests. * P < 0.05 indicates a significance differences compared to the negative control group; G-CSF-R, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor; BSA, bovine serum albumin
