Abstract
At the heart of the epidemic wave of spring 2020, the intensive care units faced the surge of patients with severe forms of the disease. To meet the scale of the needs, the care teams were reorganised, reinforced and adapted, as demonstrated by a hospital team specialising in neurology which, beyond the ethical issues, shortages and fears, proceeded to the "covidisation" of its resuscitation and the total reorganisation of the other units, in order to expertly organise care adapted to the needs of the patients. From a distance, and while the epidemic is still active, many questions remain.Entities:
