Preoperative hyaloid: 0- Complete posterior vitreous detachment (CPVD); 1-Incomplete PVD (IPVD): Local at posterior pole adhesion; 2-IPVD: Less than 2 quadrants adhesion; 3-IPVD: More than 2 quadrants adhesion. 2. Grade of TRD extension: 0-absence of TRD; 1-TRD mainly within arcades; 2-TRD within and outside of arcades but within the equator; 3-TRD outside of the equator. 3. Panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) done before: 0- No PRP; 2- Partial PRP; 4- Full PRP.

Proliferative membranes are seen with active neovascularization. After vitrectomy (bottom) with ILM peeling, retina is quiet, membranes are removed and macular hole is closed.
