Abstract
The effect of congenital heart disease on growth is reviewed. Whether being small matters is questioned, and reasons why infants with congenital heart disease are small are discussed. Methods of improving growth, and catch-up growth are described. Finally management of the child with CHD and failure to thrive is considered.Entities:
