Abstract
We report a 60-yr-old diabetic female who developed vertebral osteomyelitis and discitis due to Hemophilus aphrophilus, and review three previously reported cases of this uncommon infection. Predisposing factors, clinical features, and treatment of H. aphrophilus vertebral osteomyelitis are discussed.Entities:
