Abstract
The case of a female patient with the history of amanita poisoning, CRST syndrome and primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) is reported. Immunological features (IgM-rheumatoid factor, antinuclear-, anticentromere- and antimitochondrial antibodies) and HLA-antigens are studied. Immunological abnormalities occurring in CRST and PBC suggest a common autoimmune base, which also makes concomitance of these two disease states more than coincidental.Entities:
