Fig. 3Microscopic examination shows a small blue cell tumor infiltration in sheets and nesting pattern with surrounding desmoplastic stromal reaction. The malignant cells (A) exhibit enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei and in-conspicuous nucleoli and scanty eosinophilic cytoplasm (haematoxylin-eosin staining x40).
