Abstract
The diagnosis of myocardial infarction during ventricular pacing can be made in a substantial number of patients, mostly by applying the diagnostic criteria that are useful in the presence of complete left bundle branch block. There are, however, important exceptions to this general rule during ventricular pacing, and normal depolarization patterns must be recognized to avoid the erroneous diagnosis of myocardial infarction.Entities:
