Abstract
A 5-year-old boy presented with right testicular swelling for 1 week. Ultrasonography revealed a right testicular hypoechoic mass with increased blood flow. A malignant tumor was suspected, and further investigation with F-FDG PET/CT showed a soft tissue mass with increased FDG uptake in the right testis. Biopsy of the mass confirmed a diagnosis of myeloid sarcoma.Entities:
