Abstract
Immunogold techniques offer the advantage of identifying antigens in tissues that show optimal ultrastructural morphology. The technique is applicable to any antigen that can be shown to withstand the denaturizing effects of fixation, osmication, dehydration, and embedding in epoxy resin. The list of antigens that survive these procedures is long and growing.Entities:
