Abstract
Rabbit antisera were raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino acid residues 169-194 in the murine interleukin-1 sequence. Immunoreactive varicose fibers were observed in the vas deferens, urinary bladder, gastrointestinal tract, and coeliac-superior mesenteric ganglion complex of the rat. Fibers were also encountered around blood vessels in several organs including the thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, liver, and kidney.Entities:
