Abstract
A case of primary leiomyosarcoma of the ovary in a 35-year-old woman is presented. The tumor was investigated histologically and by histochemistry. Desmin was demonstrated in neoplastic cells. Pertinent literature is reviewed and histogenesis is discussed.Entities:
