Abstract
Two patients with acute renal failure in pregnancies complicated by polyhydramnios and multiple gestations are discussed. An acute increase in the size of the gravid uterus, overdistended with excess amniotic fluid, and a twin gestation were believed to have been related causally to the observed renal failure.Entities:
