Abstract
The antepartum course of a patient with a fetus showing heart block and complex congenital heart disease was followed closely using serial nonstress tests, ultrasonograms, and echocardiograms. Internal fetal heart rate and capillary pH monitoring during labor were useful in guiding the successful vaginal delivery.Entities:
