Abstract
OBJECTIVES: To characterize the expression profiles of two nuclear-encoded mitochondrial genes previously associated with chronic pain, the translocator protein (TSPO) and family with sequence similarity 173B (FAM173B), in different knee compartments from patients with painful knee OA.
