Abstract
Metformin has long been used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Recently, sitagliptin has been reported to improve ovarian cycles and ovulation in PCOS. We suggest that a combination of sitagliptin and metformin can be more effective than either treatment alone in improving different aspects of PCOS.Entities:
