Abstract
Approximately 90% of patients with autoimmune neutropenia (AIN) suffer from mild infections although neutrophil count often decreases to <500/μL. Here, we report 2 cases of infant pyogenic liver abscess complicated with AIN. We should consider the possibility of AIN as an underlying disease when diagnosing pyogenic liver abscess during childhood.Entities:
