Abstract
BACKGROUND: Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1 (LRP1) is involved in cerebral glucose metabolism and amyloid-β clearance. This study aimed to investigate the pathogenetic roles of LRP1 and its rs1799986 polymorphism in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Entities:
