Abstract
Allergic reactions involving the pharyngeal lymphoid tissues are thought to play a role in several clinical disorders seen commonly in ear, nose, and throat surgical practices. The pathogenesis of the allergic reaction is discussed in relationship to disorders involving the tonsillar tissues, the upper airways and nasopharynx, and the ear.Entities:
