Abstract
An adult male with episodic manifestations of abdominal lymphangiomatosis has been followed up over a 5 year period. This prolonged surveillance of clinical features combined with ultrasound and CT scan imaging has no doubt contributed to improved knowledge of diagnostic and physiopathologic factors of these rare lesions. The particular behavior of the case reported evokes discussion on the conventional surgical treatment of lymphangioma.Entities:
