Abstract
Two patients are described who received allogeneic bone marrow transplantation for aplastic anaemia. Both patients rejected their grafts but subsequently repopulated their marrow with autologous haematopoietic cells. The significance of this phenomenon and its relationship to the possible pathogenesis and therapy of aplastic anaemia and discussed.Entities:
