Article 26 (Medical Specialty Code): for the medical specialty, the medical specialty in which actual consultation was received (at least a hospital-level care institution) or the corresponding medical specialty (clinic-level care institution) is reported in accordance with Asterisk 5 (‘Medical Specialty Codes’). If there are more than one medical specialties, all are recorded. Article 27 (Consultation Code): the consultation code used to bill for care follows the ‘Consultation code’ determined and made official by the Director of Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. Where there are missing values in the bills and costs, data are excluded.
