Abstract
We, here, report the case of a 72-year-old man who presented with a giant sacral chordoma without aggressive clinical and neurological course and confirmed with a CT guided biopsy. The patient underwent multidisciplinary, two-stage successful complete en bloc sacrectomy along with total gross tumour resection, followed by lumboiliac fusion and instrumentation in the second stage without any neurological deficit nor bladder or bowel-related complications. © BMJ Publishing Group Limited 2020.
