Abstract
The benign glomus tumor is an uncommon cause of crippling pain most commonly associated with the fingers. This sheep in wolf's clothing is identified by careful examination, confirmed by MRI, and often resolved with a simple procedure. Here we present a patient with chronic knee pain of 21 years duration.Entities:
