Abstract
Immune checkpoint blockade has limited activity in the large majority of hematologic malignancies. In this issue of Cancer Cell, Dufva et al. provide an immunologic portrait of these heterogenous diseases and identify key relationships between oncogenic states and immune response that can spur the development of more efficient immunotherapeutic approaches.Entities:
