Abstract
We describe a case of iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm of the fourth lumbar artery as a complication after transpedicular screw fixation in the lumbar spine. The lesion was succesfully occluded with endovascular liquic embolic agent infusion and the patient was fully recovered.Entities:
