Ménétrier disease in a child of 18 months: diagnosis by ultrasonography.

Abstract

We present an 18-month-old infant with Ménétrier disease diagnosed by ultrasonography. The sonographic changes are illustrated and the possibility of early diagnosis of this disorder is suggested.
