Abstract
A case of a non-functioning adrenal pseudocyst is reported herein. The key role of sonography and abdominal CT in the diagnosis of this rare retroperitoneal cystic lesion is highlighted. A possible etiological relationship with the trauma of parturition is proposed in our patient.Entities:
