Abstract
Two cases of a rare anomaly of the trajectory of the left brachiocephalic venous trunk were detected by CT scan imaging. In both patients the trunk passed under the aortic arch before emptying into the superior vena cava. One patient presented, in addition, a complex anomaly of the aortic arch.Entities:
