Abstract
Several techniques are now available for isolating lymphocytes from blood and other sources, but no single technique can be considered best for all purposes. In selecting a separation procedure, it is recommended that the procedure be as simple as possible, if otherwise satisfactory. The present paper reviews the most widely used techniques, including the separation of lymphocyte subpopulations and monocytes.Mesh:
