Abstract
A 67-year-old man with a 1 1/2-month history of spastic paraparesis caused by a dorsal intradural disc herniation underwent surgical treatment via a posterior approach. Dorsal herniated discs are rare, and intradural dorsal disc herniations are even more infrequent. Including this case, the medical literature reviewed describes only four such cases.Entities:
