Abstract
Ogilvie's syndrome is an acute massive dilation of the large bowel without organic obstruction. It can occur from a variety of causes and organ failures. We report on the first patient who has developed this syndrome twice, in both cases after kidney transplantation. The world literature concerning the subject is also reviewed.Entities:
