We thank the authors[1] for their interest in our study.[2] We would like to clarify that the “drop out” areas seen on specular imaging corresponded to the guttae in the central cornea (as shown in the representative image) seen on slit-lamp examination and not to the stellate keratic precipitates which were in the inferior part of cornea. The specular image provided in the our paper is not typical of pigments but that of coalesced guttae. Further, these endothelial changes were consistently seen in the follow-up visit of the patient after cataract surgery as mentioned in the discussion.
