Figure 1A 8-year-old boy with Blau syndrome had recurrent anterior uveitis with conventional treatment, at presentation he was having bilateral anterior uveitis 3+ and iris nodules. At 3 month follow-up after starting biologics he showed significant improvement in clinical activity and at 6 months there was no evidence of inflammation and Iris nodules
Figure 2A 30-year-old male with bilateral panuveitis associated with Behcet's disease presented with active bilateral panuveitis and severe vitritis was started on adalimumab showed significant reducation of vitritis and other clinical parameters within 6 weeks
