Correction to: Nature Medicine 10.1038/s41591-020-0949-6, published online 5 June 2020. In the version of this article initially published, some of the values cited were incorrect. In the second sentence of the first paragraph of the main body of text, the number of confirmed infections (420 million) was incorrect. The correct value is 4.2 million. In Table 1, the ‘Community resident’ row, the percentages for Male (56.4%), IgG+ (1.4%) and IgM+ (1.6%) were incorrect. The correct values are 47.2%, 0.3% and 0.3% (respectively). Also, in the bottom row of Table 1 (Subtotal), the percentage for Male (48.1%) was incorrect. The correct value is 47.7%. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
