Abstract
Aim: This study examined the interaction among cognitive fusion, mindfulness and committed action on the self-care behaviour in person with heart failure as guided by the acceptance and commitment therapy model. Design: An exploratory cross-sectional design was used. Method: Participants with heart failure from in-patients setting (N = 165) were recruited from two major regional hospitals. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires of the study variables and demographic characteristics. Data were analysed using Hayes SPSS process macros.Entities:
