Abstract
Burnout negatively affects health care faculty members, their professions, and patient care. Academic institutions are culpable in regard to establishing reasonable expectations and a supportive work culture. Together, the health professions must proactively evaluate, develop, and implement strategies to minimize faculty burnout. This commentary suggests multiple ways to address faculty burnout.Entities:
