Abstract
A young infant is presented with a mass partially obstructing the distal stomach. Sonography demonstrated the superficial origin of the lobulated lesion which proved to be focal foveolar hyperplasia, the most common cause of a gastric polypoid mass in adults but rare in children.Entities:
