Isolated internal iliac artery aneurysm. Report of one case and review of the literature.

Isolated atherosclerotic aneurysms of the hypogastric artery are rare and present most commonly with gastro-intestinal or genito-urinary symptoms. The difficulty of the diagnosis and the surgical management are presented with a review of the literature.
