Abstract
PURPOSE: To explore the laparoscopic technique with the retroperitoneal approach for complex adrenal tumors. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The clinical data of 11 patients with complex adrenal tumors from July 2017 to July 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, there were 4 males and 7 females, 4 with adrenal myelolipomas, 3 with adrenal pheochromocytomas, 2 with adrenal cysts, 1 with adrenocortical adenoma and 1 with adrenal ganglioneuroma. The average tumor diameter was 6.5 ± 1.2 cm, and the average age of the patients was 48 ± 13 years.Entities:
