Abstract
Infected bile lakes complicated orthotopic liver transplantation in two pediatric patients. Retransplantation was avoided by means of percutaneous transhepatic internal drainage of the bile lakes. Internal drainage maintained the enterohepatic cycle of cyclosporine and allowed the bile ducts to heal.Entities:
